  21. We have a little utility that sometimes works when the other fixes do
  22. not - download PortFix from our home page at http://comminfo.com. Run
  23. PortFix before entering Windows- it loads a small (<1K) TSR that will
  24. run in the background. In your Windows control panel, set your serial
  25. port contention to "Never Warn"
